Where do you adjust and how to confirm whether the value has changed?
I adjust it on the touch screen. For example, when I set this "nozzle flow rate" from 100% to 10%, nothing happens/changes.
Thanks in advance :-)
The touch screen modification has a certain effective time, which will be reflected in the next Gcode.
Set 10% flow? Mainly can observe the gear rotation on the extruder.
Cura 4.x version has more software setting options, such as pause in the middle.
What do you mean by "reflected in the next Gcode"? Do I need to stop and restart it again to implement the new code/command? Or is the new "nozzle flow rate" set during the print?
That's exactly my problem. When I set to 10%, I see no difference. Moreover, I use Cura 4.x.
But the problem is not here, for my application I need to be able to set the "nozzle flow rate" in live.
Do you know where the problem could come from?
The touch screen directly modifies the filament feed percentage, which will be executed on the next line of G code instructions.
The Gcode file is composed of multiple lines of G code instructions.
How do you modify the extrusion amount?
Thank you for your reply. I well understand the interaction between the screen and the Gcode. But when I change the extrusion amount on the screen in the "nozzle flow rate" setting, the Gcode is not changed and my extrusion amount does not change speed. I don't know where this problem comes from.
I did a firmware update but nothing has changed
Do you know where it can come from?
I think the problem is with the firmware or software programming
Thank you for your feedback and we will check it.
You can modify it through Gcode commands temporarily.https://marlinfw.org/docs/gcode/M221.html
