Hi, a couple of days every half an hour or so, and sometimes 5 minutes after the start of printing throws an error Error 12 E. Perzagruzite the printer and continue again thermal runaw ... then break the phrase. That it's overheating. The usual print goes PETG 235 nozzle and 80 table. Well, there are fluctuations at the table in 1 degree, but I think it is not critical probably. And I didn't remove the case fan and didn't stop it in any way. Where might the problem be?
To see this working, head to your live site.

Error 12 may be a bad connection. Can you confirm whether the hot-end components are loose?
Update the firmware under 0.3.4,

P.S. If there is thermal paste, it can be applied to the heating rod.
If there are still problems, you can contact the after-sales mailbox.
Excellent. Thanks. But it probably was in the increased rollbacks. I set it to 45mm, which was too much. Now I set it to 25 mm and it was just right. But at the same time I tightened all the screws. And updated the system and screen.
I still have questions.
1. Please tell me which mailbox to write to?
2. How to convert bowden to direct drive? (For printing flexible plastics)
3. I saw version 1.0 of Marlin GitHub. Why don't you use it, but version 0.3.4?
My problems aren't over. The printer is experiencing temperature drops. I updated the firmware to Marlin 0.3.4. I tightened all connections. I checked the bindings. What's happening? How to solve my problem. I selected the recommended settings for printing.
also me from this problem, I contacted the service center
Hello
If you have thermal paste, you can apply it to the hot end heating rod and fix it again.

Hello
Can you find a heating rod for the hot end? Apply on the outer surface and install into the hole of the heating block.
