I bought the Longer 3D Orange 10 SLA printer this summer at the same time as purchasing a K40 laser machine, but have only been focusing on modding the laser until a few days ago. Now, as I attempt to use either of the recommended Slicers for the printer, I have run into some issues with file creation. I am using Windows 10 64-bit, and have tried this on 2 separate computers and come up with identical issues. First, when I take an STL file then open it in the Longerware software and run it through all the settings then create an LGS file, then load that file onto the printer and start printing, even though the file and the printers onscreen thumbnail show the entire file image, the only thing that prints are the supports. It doesn't matter what I change or how I process the file, the supports are all the prints. So then I tried the Chitubox software and found MORE issues. First, any version of Chitubox over 1.6.1 with the Longer Orange 10 plugin installed, when saving, will only go through the "Creating" of the file and not the "Converting" to the .LGS file type, then tell you the file was saved, but the destination folder will be completely empty when looking outside the software, and clicking on the "Open Folder" link in Chitubox after the save takes you NOT to the destination folder but the 'My Computer' list showing the drives. I eventually figured out the plugin will ONLY work with version 1.6.1. Then in Chitubox version 1.6.1 I created an .LGS file (after installing the plugin and creating the Longer 3d Orange 10 printer Profile and the correct rapid Longer SLA resin profile), but when I printed it, it printed in 2 separate sections, and was missing some parts. Neither the STL file, the LGS file, nor the thumbnail displayed on the printer showed the print in this manner. I opened the STL file in 3 other slicers and the LGS file in Chitubox and Longerware, and in none of them did it show the print being broken into 2 pieces as it runs through the layers. But it prints in 2 sections, and both sections face toward each other - the face and front of the figure facing the back and butt on the other half. But then I found more issues! I tried another .STL file in the same Chitubox install that just created the last .LGS file I had printed, but when I tried to save it after slicing, it would come back with a failed error code of 107341515. This happened with every file I tried to convert to LGS after that first file worked. I even tried the STL file that DID convert the first time, and it failed, too. So, I decided to divide and conquer to find what made it work and what didn't. I uninstalled the software, used Revo Uninstaller to remove ALL the extraneous leftovers, rebooted, reinstalled Chitubox 1.6.1, imported the Longer plugin, setup the printer and resin profiles, opened an STL file, and successfully converted it to an LGS file. Without closing the software, I deleted the fist STL file then opened a new one, and created another LGS file, then another. So far, so good. Then I closed Chitubox, opened it again, tried a new STL file, and this time it failed with the 107341515 error. I closed Chitubox, opened it, tried an STL file that had worked before, and again the error. And every attempt thereafter gave me the error. So next... I disabled my antivirus software. This didn't fix it. Even after a reboot. I disabled my VPN software. This didn't fix it, even after a reboot. Rebooting once the error happened in Chitubox didn't fix it. What I eventually found DOES fix it - BUT only temporarily - is deleting the Longer plugin, closing Chitubox, opening Chitubox, importing the Longer plugin, and THEN working with my STL files to create LGS files. I don't have to delete the printer profile; just delete the plugin then reboot the software and as long as I leave Chitubox open I can create as many LGS files as I want. But as soon as I close Chitubox then the next time I open it to create an LGS file again, I will get the 107341515 error, every time, until I delete the Longer plugin, restart the app, then reinstall the plugin and try again. Again, I can recreate all of this across 2 separate computers, so it isn't machine specific. There's definitely something very wrong. So, has anybody else had these issues? Is there a permanent fix for them? For the slicers and for the strange printing behavior? Is there another slicer that works better? I don't think there are any others that will convert to LGS files, but maybe another that slices better that can then be run through Longerware without making any changes to create the LGS file and all will work as it should? Am I missing a firmware for the printer that will fix these printing issues? (FYI - the support pages for the Orange 10 and 30 no longer exist, so I have no idea if I'm missing something or not). Thanks for ANY help with all this. There are definitely some issues that need addressing, but whether they are on the printer and in the software, or are all software related I can't tell without more information. So anything is appreciated. đ

Hello
There is an error in the model file, and no projection will be generated after slicing.P.S. Of course, it is also possible to cure in the resin tank.A problem with the chitubox plug-in version causes abnormal projection noise. Please install the latest plug-in.https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1Es8_jN2ggxbOMWY619smFF6J-go4QPY0?usp=sharing
